    Starshine Outdoor Adventures

    Kids ages 4+ are invited to join Starshine for an hour of nature fun during the summer season at Lake Creek Lodge. Activities could include: building bird or bat houses, nature-themed scavenger hunts, bug catching, pitch-boat racing in the creek, fort building, and more! Parents can drop off kids and leave to enjoy a drink on the deck, a quiet hour in the cabin, a walk along the Metolius, or whatever they please! Programs are complimentary for registered Lake Creek Lodge guests only.

  • Fish jumping up stream

    Fish Hatchery

    Just 6 miles from the Lodge is Wizard Falls Hatchery, where rainbow trout, Kokanee salmon, spring Chinook and summer steelhead are raised. See the fish in different stages of development, and bring your quarters to feed the fish in the settling pond. Group tours are available with a reservation. The river here is a spectacular icy turquoise. Be sure to stroll one of the riverside trails.
