Hosted by Lake Creek Lodge showcasing the freshest food from local Central Oregon farms,
prepared by Wendy DiPaolo and Rebecca Sokol.

Dinner, drinks and live music on the Lake Creek Lodge outdoor patio.
Appetizers begin at 6pm, Dinner will be served at 7pm.
Rainshadow Cucumber Slices with Farm Cheese, Shaved Carrots and Peppers. Roasted Filberts with Rosemary and Olive Oil.
Salad Course: Deschutes Produce Little Gem Wedge with Rainshadow Tomatoes, Pickled Onions and White Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Danny’s Organic sourdough bread & butter.
Main Course: Wild Salmon Filet from Salmon King Fisheries with Meyer Lemon Relish
Meyer Lemon Aioli on the side
