Lake Creek Lodge Field to Table Dinner

This will be our final dinner in this series.

Join us in the lodge for a three course culinary experience that will
leave your taste buds and hearts satisfied.

Hosted by Lake Creek Lodge showcasing the freshest food from local Central Oregon farms, prepared by Wendy DiPaolo & Rebecca Sokol.

Dinner, drinks and live music in the Lake Creek Lodge dining room.

Appetizers begin at 6pm, Dinner will be served at 7pm.



Local wild mushroom toast with buttermilk creme fraiche


Salad Course: Deschutes produce fall greens tossed in a sherry vinaigrette with roasted delicate squash, beet gems, pickled onion and toasted pumpkin seeds.

Main Course: Filet Mignon, seared and roasted, with horseradish gremolata. Rainshadow organics parsnip and viking potato puree, Mahonia Gardens glazed carrot spears. Brocolini sautéed with sweet red peppers and herbs.

Dessert Course: Mackenzie Canyon apple cake with nutmeg whipped cream.

Lange Wine available for purchase by the glass or bottle
Lange Chardonnay, Rose, Pinot Gris & Pinot Noir

Beer available on draft

$100 per person
