Field to Table Dinner at Lake Creek Lodge

Come join us on our covered deck for a three course culinary experience
that will leave your taste buds and hearts satisfied.
Hosted by Lake Creek Lodge showcasing the freshest food from local Central Oregon farms,
prepared by Willow Camp Catering.

Dinner, drinks and live music on the Lake Creek Lodge outdoor patio.
Appetizers begin at 6pm, Dinner will be served at 7pm.

Charcuterie (cured meats, pickles, cheeses etc.) crudite with beet hummus and homemade lavash.
Dinner
Salad Course: Produce from local farms, including baby lettuces, herbs, edible flowers, sungold tomatoes tossed in a tarragon vinaigrette.
Main Course: Redbird Acres Pork Loin with peach white balsamic glaze, slow cooked Rainshadow white beans with onions and herbs, kale & roasted root vegetables, potatoes with fresh herbs.
Dessert Course: Rhubarb cherry berry crisp with fresh whipped cream
