Nestled at the base of the majestic Cascade Mountains in the Metolius Recreation Area, Lake Creek Lodge is minutes from the wild & historic Metolius River and completely surrounded by the Deschutes National Forest. Scenic views and unspoiled wilderness in the Cascade Mountain range make for incredible hiking and biking. World class fly-fishing on the Metolius River or just a leisurely walk along the riverbank is an absolute must. Choose from many Central Oregon golf courses, including Black Butte Ranch, Aspen Lakes and Eagle Crest. A day of bird watching in the springtime is always a great treat with the white headed woodpeckers arriving for season. Come winter, a full day of cross country skiing or snowshoeing in the Cascade Mountains – or even right out the front door of your cabin. Cabin rentals are available year round. Lake Creek Lodge is nestled down in the woods with Black Butte and Mt. Jefferson looming over the tree tops. We are literally minutes from Sisters, where there are plenty of quaint shops, casual and fine dining, as well as some great art galleries. In our backyard is the Hoodoo Recreation Area which will provide hours of entertainment for you, your friends and family throughout the winter months
