High Season Rates

A 3 night minimum is required during the summer season and holiday periods. A 2 night minimum is required for all weekends.
1 or 2 night reservations are often available during the high season, but must be reserved by calling 1-800-797-6331.
Our rates are based on double occupancy; each additional person is $20.00 per night. Pets are $15.00 per pet per night and are welcome in Cabins 1-10. Effective October 1st, 2013, Cabins 11 - 13 will be pet friendly. Children 3 and under are free. The 6% Jefferson County room tax and 1% Oregon Tourism tax is not included. All rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy
October 1st to Memorial Day bookings (excluding the Holiday Season) will receive a full refund if reservation is canceled 72 hours prior to arrival. There is no refund of deposit thereafter.
Memorial Day to September 30th bookings will receive a full refund less a cancellation fee of $50.00 if reservation is canceled 60 days prior to arrival. There is no refund of deposit thereafter.
Winter Holiday Season bookings will receive a full refund less a cancellation fee of $50.00 if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. There is no refund of deposit thereafter.
There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
