Our Value Season is October 1st to May 22nd.  High Season is May 23rd to September 30th, and all holiday periods.

Our rates are based on double occupancy; each additional person is $20.00 per night.  The 6% Jefferson County room tax and 1% Oregon Tourism tax is not included in the above pricing.  All rates are subject to change without notice.

All linens and towels are provided. Our rates do NOT include daily towel and linen service.  If you are staying longer than three days, upon request we will provide service bi-weekly, at no change.  Linens may be exchanged through the Front Desk.  Kitchens are fully equipped (including Coffee Maker, Microwave, Stove/Range, Dishware, Cookware and Utensils).

All cabins are non-smoking.There will be a $150.00 cleaning fee charged if these policies are not respected.

Cabins #17 and #18 have bath tubs in the master bathroom.

Wood is provided for those cabins that have either woodstoves or fireplaces.  We do NOT allow fires during the months of June, July, August or September.  This is subject to change depending on the weather.
All cabins have gas barbeques on the decks during the summer season.  We no longer allow charcoal barbecues due to the fire issues in the Camp Sherman area.  There is a guest laundry facility available.

Pet Friendly Cabins

Pets currently allowed in Cabins 1 through 8 only. There is a $10.00 fee per pet, per day. Pets must be kept on a leash and cannot be left unattended.  No more than 2 pets per cabin will be allowed.A charge for excessive cleaning of cabins may be applied if these policies are not followed. Pets are not allowed in Cabins 9 through 20. There will be a $150.00 cleaning fee charged if these policies are not respected.

Reservations

Call, email or fax. We will confirm your reservation upon receipt of a deposit. Personal checks are accepted when accompanied by proper identification. Visa and MasterCard accepted.

Deposit requirements

Bookings require 30% of amount due for lodging.

Cancellation Policy

Value season bookings will receive a full refund if reservation is cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival. There is no deposit refund thereafter.
High season bookings will be charged a $50 cancellation fee for reservations cancelled 60 days prior to check in. There is no deposit refund thereafter.

If the cabin you have reserved is ready for occupancy, an early check-in may be possible.  Please call the day prior to your arrival to check with the Front Desk.
Our resort is NOT a 24 hour property.  Please let us know if you will be arriving after 5:00 PM so that we may make special arrangements for you.

Registration of Vehicles

All overnight guests must register before going to their cabins. Only registered guests may use the facilities or stay overnight. RV lodging is permitted in some of the Metolius campgrounds, as well as Black Butte RV Park and Cold Springs Resort.
